LabHub
LabHub is a mobile lab service making medical testing more convenient with at-home appointments and easy online booking. I was brought on to create a user-friendly website that lets customers schedule tests from the comfort of their homes—no trip to a clinic needed.

Discovery & Action
Once I understood the value LabHub brings to patients, I focused on four key areas to ensure the website met both their needs and their users’.
Scheduling Ease
The number one focus was to create a straightforward booking system that allows customers to select the type of medical test, preferred date, and time.
Pleasant Experience
Creating a vibrant and friendly color palette to make the website visually appealing and welcoming. This theme would help create clear calls-to-action to guide users through the scheduling process.
Clear Information
Display detailed descriptions of all available medical tests and services. Thus showing the benefits and convenience of using LabHub’s mobile lab unit.
Responsive Design
A responsive design to ensure the website works flawlessly on desktops, tablets, and smartphones—for those customers that are on the go. Including fast loading times and optimized performance across all devices.
A Magical Appearance
Branding That Didn’t Exist—Until Now
While LabHub came to me with just a logo, they needed a fuller brand presence to connect with customers and build trust. I created a clean, friendly visual direction and voice to support their mission and make their service feel approachable, professional, and reliable.
Chose a vibrant, calming color palette to reflect trust and ease
Sourced and styled imagery to highlight accessibility and comfort
Developed a warm, straightforward brand voice for clarity and care
Applied consistent design elements across the website for cohesion

A Website That Puts Patients First
LabHub’s website was designed with one goal in mind: simplicity for the user. From selecting a test to scheduling an appointment, every step was built to be seamless and stress-free. The clean layout, clear content, and mobile-friendly design ensure that patients can easily access care—anytime, from anywhere.
Services made simple
Clarity Where It Counts
Medical services can be confusing—but LabHub’s aren’t. I made sure each test and service is clearly listed, so customers know exactly what they’re getting. By putting services front and center, the site builds trust and helps users take action with confidence.
Who what where when how—
Bringing the Lab to You
One of LabHub’s biggest advantages is that it’s mobile—but that needed to be crystal clear to customers. I highlighted the at-home convenience throughout the site, pairing straightforward messaging with playful CTAs like “Schedule a Pit Stop” to keep things informative, approachable, and memorable.
Tone is everything
Friendly Words for Unfun Things
Medical tests can feel intimidating, so I crafted a voice that’s calm, clear, and even a little playful. By softening the language—like calling a blood draw “as easy as a pinch”—the site feels more approachable and less clinical. It helps visitors feel at ease while still getting the information they need.
Responsive Requests
Built for On-the-Go Scheduling
Whether at home or on the move, users can easily book their LabHub appointment from any device. The site is fully responsive, making it simple to schedule a “pit stop” right from a phone, tablet, or desktop—wherever they are.
