LabHub is a mobile lab service making medical testing more convenient with at-home appointments and easy online booking. I was brought on to create a user-friendly website that lets customers schedule tests from the comfort of their homes—no trip to a clinic needed.

The number one focus was to create a straightforward booking system that allows customers to select the type of medical test, preferred date, and time.

Pleasant Experience

Creating a vibrant and friendly color palette to make the website visually appealing and welcoming. This theme would help create clear calls-to-action to guide users through the scheduling process.

Display detailed descriptions of all available medical tests and services. Thus showing the benefits and convenience of using LabHub’s mobile lab unit.

Responsive Design

A responsive design to ensure the website works flawlessly on desktops, tablets, and smartphones—for those customers that are on the go. Including fast loading times and optimized performance across all devices.

I highlighted the at-home convenience throughout the site, pairing straightforward messaging with playful CTAs like “Schedule a Pit Stop” to keep things informative, approachable, and memorable.

By softening the language—like calling a blood draw “as easy as a pinch”—the site feels more approachable and less clinical.
