LabHub
LabHub, a mobile laboratory service, aimed to revolutionize the way customers schedule medical tests by providing a seamless online booking experience. The primary objective was to develop a user-friendly website that would allow customers to easily schedule medical tests from the comfort of their homes. LabHub’s unique service involves a mobile lab unit that visits customers at their residences, eliminating the need for a trip to a medical office.

The Goal
After meeting with the client and understanding the importance of their service, I pinpointed these 4 categories that needed to be met.
Scheduling Ease
The number one focus was to create a straightforward booking system that allows customers to select the type of medical test, preferred date, and time.
Pleasant Experience
Thirdly, creating a vibrant and friendly color palette to make the website visually appealing and welcoming. This theme would help create clear calls-to-action to guide users through the scheduling process.
Clear Information
Secondly, display detailed descriptions of all available medical tests and services. Thus showing the benefits and convenience of using LabHub’s mobile lab unit.
Responsive Design
Lastly, a responsive design to ensure the website works flawlessly on desktops, tablets, and smartphones—for those customers that are on the go. Including fast loading times and optimized performance across all devices.
